Lifecycle Support — Inspection, Overhaul, Cylinder Requalification
Fielding MEER (or SEA) is only the start of program readiness. ESP supports lifecycle sustainment for Survival Egress Air / CA-EBS assets within approved service scope:
- Receiving inspection and configuration identification
- Scheduled inspection and maintenance aligned to OEM factory service expectations
- Overhaul coordination using genuine Aqualung parts and service kits where authorized
- Supportability discussion for mixed SEA / MEER fleets
- Cylinder requalification coordinated through approved channels
Technical reference
Training · Fill Stations & GSE
Proper factory service of CA-EBS variants requires trained technicians and controlled procedures. ESP coordinates oxygen / breathing-system training for ALSE shops and program teams within approved scope.
Compressed-air fill discipline, gauges, and ground support equipment matter as much as the end item—especially at 300 BAR / 4500 psi class hardware. ESP bridges CA-EBS program needs to fill-station and GSE support.
MEER is not PHODS
MEER delivers emergency compressed air for egress. PHODS delivers supplemental oxygen for altitude operations. Linking the wrong system class to a mission profile is a safety and program error. PHODS Portable Helicopter Oxygen Delivery System
